Restoration/Manipulation
Imagineering will carefully
restore your old and not so old photographs without the original being
affected.
Whether scratched, creased or torn, dirty, stained or dog-eared, the freshness and sparkle of the original can be put back in the new image.
This was taken in 1919. By the time January
2000 came along it has ended up in this state, - torn and Sellotaped, bits
of emulsion missing and faded.
You really can make someone's day by presenting a restored
copy of the original photograph - I know - I have seen their faces light
up!
Changing backgrounds, merging portraits to form a group photo or removing people/objects are all
examples of photo manipulation. There are some other examples on
the next two pages.
